Place 900 g Ripe Tomatoes, 30 g Fresh Chopped Chili Peppers, 6 g Fresh Garlic, 2 g Sweet Smoked Paprika, 50 g Cider Vinegar, 50 g Cristal Sugar, & 8 g Table Salt in to a cooking pot.
Cook for 15 minutes on medium heath and stir occasionally.
Mix 3 g Corn Starch & 5 g Water to a paste and add the paste to the pot.
Stir continuously and cook over low to medium heat until the mixture becomes thick
Turn off heat and let it rest for about 3-5 min
Fill the mix in to sterilized jars and store in refrigerator.
