Ingredients
Vegetables
- 900 g Ripe Tomatoes Remove seeds
Liquid
- 50 g Cider Vinegar
- 5 g Water
Herbs & Spices
- 30 g Fresh Chopped Chili Peppers Red & minced
- 6 g Fresh Garlic Finely chopped
- 2 g Sweet Smoked Paprika
- 1 g Rubbed Oregano
- 50 g Cristal Sugar
- 3 g Corn Starch
- 8 g Table Salt
Instructions
- Finely chop the tomatoes
- Blend in food processor or blender to about 3-5mm
- Place 900 g Ripe Tomatoes, 30 g Fresh Chopped Chili Peppers, 6 g Fresh Garlic, 2 g Sweet Smoked Paprika, 50 g Cider Vinegar, 50 g Cristal Sugar, & 8 g Table Salt in to a cooking pot.
- Cook for 15 minutes on medium heath and stir occasionally.
- Mix 3 g Corn Starch & 5 g Water to a paste and add the paste to the pot.
- Stir continuously and cook over low to medium heat until the mixture becomes thick
- Turn off heat and let it rest for about 3-5 min
- Fill the mix in to sterilized jars and store in refrigerator.
