Bone, Smoke & Sizzle / Smoker Smoker

I use a 150BBS smoker which is electronically controlled.

The temperatures can be control up to 120 degrees Celsius which is more then enough.

I also have a separate cold smoke adapter for it. This also allows me to use the same smoker for cold smoking.

The wood chips I use are 3mm size.

I use various types of wood & wood mixtures such as: Oak, Cheery, Elder, Apple, Allen & Beech.

On top of this I use also Juniper Berries, Pine & Conifer. These I use normally only in small quantities and as an extra flavor or color.
