I use a 28 liter mixer which i can connect to the meat grinder.
The mixer can also turned manually but when you have more than 5kg mix the the automated function is quiet handy to have.
It has two functions over the grinder which is Forward & Return
The paddles in the mixer are quiet strong and can cope with a fair amount.
